About the project

Hemli Group is proud to lead a large-scale urban renewal initiative in one of Jerusalem's most prestigious and historic neighborhoods – Talbiya. The project, which currently includes 50 existing units, was secured with the overwhelming support of the homeowners and is now in the advanced planning and statutory promotion phases with the Jerusalem Municipality. Our vision for the project harmonizes the preservation of Talbiya’s aristocratic and historic character with contemporary premium residential standards. We operate with total transparency towards the residents and engineering precision with planning authorities, aiming to transform the aging complex into a modern architectural landmark that delivers immense value to its owners and renewed beauty to the city.
