Derech Beit Lehem 69
Located in the heart of the picturesque Baka neighborhood, the Derech Beit Lechem project is one of the most complex and unique engineering feats ever executed in Jerusalem. The original structure, an ancient Arab house designated for strict architectural preservation, underwent a rare structural process: the entire building was constructively suspended in mid-air to allow for deep excavation and the construction of a two-story underground parking facility. Following the completion of this intricate infrastructure, 16 new luxury apartments were added to the original house, carefully preserving its historic architectural elements. The final result is a spectacular synergy between Jerusalem’s historic past and advanced modern construction, offering residents an exclusive living experience in a truly one-of-a-kind property.

The D-HOUSE project in Tel Aviv is an architectural masterpiece situated on one of the city's most challenging and beautiful plots – overlooking the Yarkon River with open views of the Mediterranean Sea. This project represents the pinnacle of the group’s engineering capabilities, due to the unique soil complexities involving high groundwater levels and close proximity to the river. The construction of the building required advanced engineering solutions for sealing, shoring, and deep foundation under complex environmental conditions, all while maintaining elite "High-Level" construction standards and ultra-luxury finishes. The result is an iconic boutique building offering luxury living in the heart of Tel Aviv, blending the serenity of the Yarkon, the azure of the sea, and uncompromising construction quality designed to last for generations.

Located in one of the city's most exclusive areas, the residence was originally designed and built to strict European standards for a UK-based private resident. the property was acquired by the United States Embassy and has since served as the official residence of the U.S. Ambassador to Israel. The project features a classical architectural design that harmonizes with the neighborhood's unique character while integrating complex engineering systems, premium finishes, and the highest international security and infrastructure standards. It remains one of the most high-profile residential landmarks in the country.

Located at the iconic corner of Osishkin, Tzippori, and Tiberias streets in the heart of Jerusalem's prestigious Rehavia neighborhood, Osishkin 53 is a masterpiece of preservation and modern engineering. The original structure, dating back to 1927, underwent a rigorous and complex transformation: the interior was entirely demolished while the historic outer shell was structurally supported to allow for the construction of luxury modern apartments within. The guiding vision was to achieve a perfect balance between the building’s unique 1920s architectural character and the sophisticated needs of today’s premium residents. Every detail was meticulously planned to provide a high-end living experience while maintaining deep respect for the building’s historic legacy.
