Ussishkin 53, Rehavia
About the project
Located at the iconic corner of Osishkin, Tzippori, and Tiberias streets in the heart of Jerusalem's prestigious Rehavia neighborhood, Osishkin 53 is a masterpiece of preservation and modern engineering. The original structure, dating back to 1927, underwent a rigorous and complex transformation: the interior was entirely demolished while the historic outer shell was structurally supported to allow for the construction of luxury modern apartments within. The guiding vision was to achieve a perfect balance between the building’s unique 1920s architectural character and the sophisticated needs of today’s premium residents. Every detail was meticulously planned to provide a high-end living experience while maintaining deep respect for the building’s historic legacy. The project has been successfully completed and delivered to its homeowners.
